Refund requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.

- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging
- With original tags intact
Non-Refundable Items
- Innerwear and masks (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as Final Sale

Once the returned product passes our quality check, the refund will be processed within 5β7 business days.

We offer free pickup for eligible pin codes.
